4 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed (about 2 large breasts)
4 cups broccoli florets (fresh or lightly steamed)
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
½ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Add chicken, broccoli, and half the bacon to the casserole dish. Pour sauce over top and toss lightly to coat.
Sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Add remaining bacon over the top.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted golden.
Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
Fresh or frozen broccoli both work—steam slightly if using fresh.
Optional: garnish with fresh parsley or green onions for extra color.
