Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup white grape juice
  • 1 hibiscus or passion fruit tea bag (brewed & chilled)
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried or fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for extra creaminess)

Instructions

Brew the Tea

  1. Steep the hibiscus or passion fruit tea bag in hot water.
  2. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate until chilled.

Mix the Drink

  1. In a tall glass, combine chilled tea, white grape juice, and coconut milk.
  2. Add vanilla extract and simple syrup if desired.

Assemble & Serve

  1. Fill the glass with ice cubes and strawberries.
  2. Pour the mixture over the ice, stir gently, and enjoy!
