1 1/2cups fresh or frozen peaches (peeled and chopped)
1/2cup apple juice or water
2 tbsp lemon juice
2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
3 tbsp unflavored gelatin
Optional: natural food coloring for brightness
Instructions
In a blender, combine peaches, apple juice, lemon juice, and honey. Blend until completely smooth.
Pour the peach mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium-low.
Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the warm mixture and stir constantly until fully dissolved and smooth (about 3–5 minutes).
Optional: add a few drops of natural orange or red food coloring to enhance the peachy color.
Pour the mixture into silicone donut or ring molds.
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until firm and set.
Gently remove from molds and store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Notes
Use ripe peaches for the best natural sweetness and flavor.
Adjust honey or maple syrup based on peach ripeness.
These can also be made into gummy shapes using any silicone mold.
