These Holiday Keto Rum Balls are rich, chocolatey, and infused with a warm hint of dark rum—perfectly festive and sugar-free! Made with almond flour and shredded coconut, they’re a quick, no-bake keto dessert ideal for Christmas platters, party trays, or holiday gifting.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol (plus more for rolling)

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 2 tablespoons dark rum (or rum extract for alcohol-free version)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: extra cocoa powder for rolling

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, and salt.

  2. Stir in melted butter, rum (or extract), and vanilla until a thick dough forms.

  3. Scoop and roll mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands or a cookie scoop.

  4. Roll each ball in additional powdered erythritol or cocoa powder for a festive finish.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to firm up.

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

  • Freeze for longer storage—just thaw slightly before serving.

  • For nut-free version, sub sunflower seed flour for almond flour.
