16 oz roasted unsalted pistachios (shelled)
1/2 tsp coconut oil (optional, for extra creaminess)
Pinch of salt (to taste)
Blend Pistachios:
Add pistachios to a high-speed blender or food processor.
Process Until Smooth:
Blend for 1–2 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed. The nuts will go from a coarse meal to a thick paste, then become a smooth butter.
Add Oil & Salt:
Once smooth and creamy, add coconut oil and a pinch of salt. Blend again until fully incorporated and silky.
