Ingredients

  • 4 dried figs, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts or pecans

  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios (optional, for color)

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp honey (plus more for drizzling)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Fresh cracked black pepper

  • Optional garnish: edible flowers or microgreens

  • Crackers or crostini, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine goat cheese, 1 tbsp honey, olive oil, salt, and cracked black pepper. Mix until smooth and easily spreadable.

  2. On a serving plate or wooden board, shape the cheese into a ring using a spoon or piping bag. Use a small bowl in the center as a guide if needed.

  3. Decorate the top of the wreath with sliced figs, chopped nuts, rosemary, and thyme.

  4. Drizzle with additional honey and sprinkle with pistachios for added color. Add edible flowers or microgreens if using.

  5. Chill the wreath for 10–15 minutes to firm it up slightly before serving.

  6. Serve with your choice of crackers or crostini.

Notes

  • Make ahead tip: Prepare up to a few hours in advance and refrigerate. Add garnish and honey drizzle just before serving.

  • Great with a variety of crackers or rustic bread.

  • Swap in dried cranberries or pomegranate seeds for a festive twist.
