1 Head Cauliflower, Cut Into Bite Sized Pieces
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Paprika (Smoked or Regular)
Salt & Pepper To Taste
4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/2cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4cup Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 425 Degrees F.
Prepare baking sheet: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Coat cauliflower: Place the cut cauliflower in a bowl with the olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika and toss to coat well.
Roast cauliflower: Arrange the cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, turning the florets over halfway.
