  • 1 Head Cauliflower, Cut Into Bite Sized Pieces
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Paprika (Smoked or Regular)
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 425 Degrees F.
  2. Prepare baking sheet: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Coat cauliflower: Place the cut cauliflower in a bowl with the olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika and toss to coat well.
  4. Roast cauliflower: Arrange the cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, turning the florets over halfway.
