½ cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
Melt Butter and Mix Cocoa and Sugar: In a saucepan, melt ½ cup of unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of granulated sugar and ⅓ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder until smooth and combined. Set aside to cool slightly.
Add Eggs and Vanilla: Once the butter mixture has cooled slightly but is still warm, add 2 large eggs one at a time, stirring gently to incorporate fully. Then add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix well.
Incorporate Flour: Gently fold in ½ cup of all-purpose flour, stirring just until the mixture is combined and no streaks of flour remain. Avoid over-mixing to keep the brownies fudgy.
Prepare and Fill Mini Muffin Pan: Lightly grease a mini muffin pan. Spoon the batter into each cup, filling about ¾ full to allow room for rising.
