Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup orange segments
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, diced
  • 1/2 cup red grapes, halved (optional)
  • For the Honey-Lime Poppy Seed Dressing:
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan version)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, poppy seeds, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
  4. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving for a chilled version.
