Ingredients
UnitsScale
1cup strawberries, hulled and halved
1cup blueberries
1cup pineapple chunks
1cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
1cup orange segments
1cup cantaloupe, diced
1/2cup red grapes, halved (optional)
For the Honey-Lime Poppy Seed Dressing:
2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan version)
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp lime zest
1/2 tsp poppy seeds
Pinch of salt
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, poppy seeds, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving for a chilled version.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute the honey with maple syrup.
Refrigerating the salad allows the flavors to marinate, but it’s best served fresh for maximum flavor and texture.
Feel free to adjust the fruit choices based on what’s in season or your personal preference.
