Wasabi Cream Sauce
1/2cup (120g) of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon (15g) of wasabi paste
1 teaspoon (5ml) of rice vinegar
Ginger Garlic Sauce
2 tablespoons (30ml) of soy sauce
1 tablespoon (15ml) of rice vinegar
1 teaspoon (5ml) of sesame oil
1 teaspoon (5g) of freshly grated ginger
1 clove of minced garlic
Chili Oil Dipping Sauce
2 tablespoons (30ml) of chili oil
1 tablespoon (15ml) of soy sauce
1 teaspoon (5ml) of honey
a splash of rice vinegar
Instructions
Spicy Mayo: In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup (120g) of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons (30ml) of Sriracha, and 1 teaspoon (5ml) of sesame oil. Adjust the Sriracha based on your spice tolerance. Whisk until smooth.
Sweet Soy Glaze: Combine 1/4 cup (60ml) of low-sodium soy sauce, 2 tablespoons (30ml) of honey, and 1 tablespoon (15ml) of rice vinegar in a saucepan. Heat over low heat until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Let cool.
