  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) of honey
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) of rice vinegar

Wasabi Cream Sauce

  • 1/2 cup (120g) of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) of wasabi paste
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) of rice vinegar

Ginger Garlic Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) of rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) of freshly grated ginger
  • 1 clove of minced garlic

Chili Oil Dipping Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) of chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) of honey
  • a splash of rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Spicy Mayo: In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup (120g) of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons (30ml) of Sriracha, and 1 teaspoon (5ml) of sesame oil. Adjust the Sriracha based on your spice tolerance. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Sweet Soy Glaze: Combine 1/4 cup (60ml) of low-sodium soy sauce, 2 tablespoons (30ml) of honey, and 1 tablespoon (15ml) of rice vinegar in a saucepan. Heat over low heat until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Let cool.
  3. Wasabi Cream Sauce: Mix 1/2 cup (120g) of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon (15g) of wasabi paste, and 1 teaspoon (5ml) of rice vinegar. Adjust the wasabi for desired heat. Whisk until creamy.
  4. Ginger Garlic Sauce: In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons (30ml) of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon (15ml) of rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon (5ml) of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon (5g) of freshly grated ginger, and 1 clove of minced garlic. Stir well.
