  • 500g shrimp, peeled and deveined

  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant.

  4. Stir in paprika, black pepper, and chili flakes; cook for another minute.

  5. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the shrimp to the skillet.

  6. Stir in sugar, liquid seasoning, and sriracha. Sauté quickly until the shrimp turn pink.

  7. Continue cooking for 3–4 minutes until the shrimp are cooked through and the sauce slightly thickens, avoiding overcooking.

  8. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with fresh chopped herbs.

  9. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use fresh or high-quality frozen shrimp for the best flavor and texture.

  • Adjust the level of chili flakes and sriracha to control the heat.

  • This dish pairs beautifully with steamed rice or garlic fried rice.

  • Overcooking shrimp can make them rubbery—cook just until they turn pink.
