Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare pastry: Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Shape pastry: Cut each sheet into a circle that fits your baking sheet.
  4. Bake pastry: Place the pastry circles on the baking sheet, prick with a fork, and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
  5. Cool pastry: Let the pastry circles cool completely.
  6. Cook berry filling: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the mixed berries and granulated sugar. Cook until the berries release their juice, about 5 minutes.
