Clear Jelly Base:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp agar-agar powder

Rose Jelly Layer:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp agar-agar powder
  • Food coloring (pink, yellow, or any preferred colors)

Creamy Layer:

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp agar-agar powder

Other:

  • Rose-shaped silicone mold

Instructions

1. Prepare the Clear Jelly Base:

1️⃣ In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and agar-agar powder.
2️⃣ Bring to a boil and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until fully dissolved.
3️⃣ Pour into small serving cups, filling them halfway. Let it set at room temperature.

2. Make the Rose Jelly Layer:

1️⃣ Prepare another batch of the jelly base with the same method.
2️⃣ Add a few drops of food coloring and mix well.
3️⃣ Pour the colored jelly into rose-shaped silicone molds.
4️⃣ Let it cool and set completely.

3. Prepare the Creamy Coconut Layer:

1️⃣ In a saucepan, heat coconut milk, vanilla extract, and agar-agar powder.
2️⃣ Stir continuously and bring to a gentle simmer.
3️⃣ Let it cool slightly before pouring over the set clear jelly.

4. Assemble the Dessert:

1️⃣ Once all layers are firm, carefully place the rose-shaped jelly on top of each cup.

5. Chill & Serve:

1️⃣ Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
2️⃣ Enjoy your delicate, floral, and aesthetic dessert!

Notes

  • Layering Trick: To ensure layers stick together, let each layer cool slightly but not fully set before pouring the next one. If it’s too firm, the layers may separate.
  • Flavor Variations: Add a few drops of rose water or lychee extract to enhance the floral taste.
