This classic turkey meatloaf is juicy, tender, and packed with flavor—a lighter take on comfort food that’s perfect for busy weeknights and a guaranteed family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (plus more for garnish)
  • For the glaze:
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, soak breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes.
  3. Add ground turkey, onion, garlic, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley to the breadcrumb mixture. Mix gently until just combined—avoid overmixing.
  4. Shape into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet or press into a loaf pan.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard. Spread evenly over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
