3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels, then rub with olive oil to coat.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
Place chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the coating is golden.
Optional: Broil the last 2–3 minutes for an extra crispy top.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
