A vibrant and healthy frozen Easter treat made with creamy Greek yogurt, sweetened naturally and topped with berries, granola, and chocolate chips. This colorful no-bake dessert is perfect for spring celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt (or any yogurt you prefer)
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or cocoa nibs
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula to about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Evenly sprinkle berries, granola, chocolate chips, and coconut over the yogurt. Lightly press the toppings into the surface.
  5. Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until completely solid.
  6. Remove from the freezer and break into bite-sized shards.
  7. Store the yogurt bark in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper to prevent sticking and make removal easier.
  • Customize toppings with nuts, seeds, or dried fruit for variation.
  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut or almond milk yogurt.
  • Perfect make-ahead snack or dessert for Easter brunch or parties.
