A festive and colorful Easter cake topped with marshmallow Peeps and chocolate eggs! This fun and easy dessert is perfect for celebrating spring with family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared vanilla or chocolate cake (two-layer or single-layer)
  • 2 cups vanilla frosting
  • 1 cup pastel M&M’s or candy-coated chocolate eggs
  • 810 marshmallow Peeps (variety of colors)

 

  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Layer the Cake (If Using Two Layers) – If using a two-layer cake, spread a layer of frosting between the layers before stacking them.
  2. Frost the Cake – Cover the entire cake with a smooth layer of vanilla frosting.
  3. Decorate with Candy – Press candy-coated chocolate eggs around the edges of the cake in a circular pattern.
  4. Add the Peeps – Arrange marshmallow Peeps on top of the cake, creating a festive design.
  5. Finish with Sprinkles – Sprinkle rainbow sprinkles across the frosting for added color and texture.
  6. Chill & Serve – Refrigerate the cake for 15 minutes before serving to set the decorations.
