  • 1/2 cup butter (Get my homemade butter recipe if desired)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon honey

Lemon Dill Butter

  • 1/2 cup butter (Get my homemade butter recipe if desired)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tablespoon fresh dill (finely chopped)

Sundried Tomato Basil Butter

  • 1/2 cup butter (Get my homemade butter recipe if desired)
  • 1 Tablespoon sundried tomatoes (minced)
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 Tablespoon fresh basil (finely chopped)

Orange Honey Butter

  • 1/2 cup butter (Get my homemade butter recipe if desired)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange juice
  • 1/2 Tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. For All Flavored Butters Mix. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Use a small spoon to quickly incorporate the ingredients into the butter. However, a hand or stand mixer is a great choice as well, especially if you are doubling or tripling the recipes.
  2. Let the butter sit. Once your butter flavors are mixed and smooth, you’ll want to let them sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes to allow the flavors to combine and saturate the butter.
  3. Chill. You can enjoy your flavored butter right away served fresh and soft or you can chill them in your refrigerator to enjoy a firmer butter at a later time.To store for later: you can press them into an airtight container or roll them in plastic wrap or parchment paper. Just spoon the butter onto the wrap and roll it up with twisted ends for freshness. Place them in your refrigerator for at least 15 minutes for firm texture.
