24 wonton wrappers

Instructions
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon 1 tsp of the cheesecake filling into the center, then top with 1/2 tsp of strawberry jam.
Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold over to form a triangle or square. Press tightly to seal and avoid leaks.
Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry wontons in batches for 1–2 minutes per side, or until golden and crisp.
