Juicy baked chicken wings coated in garlic butter and parmesan — crispy outside, tender inside. Perfect for snacking or parties!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet and bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Remove wings from oven and toss with melted butter and grated parmesan.
  5. Return wings to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use a wire rack for extra crispiness by allowing air circulation under the wings.
  • For extra flavor, use freshly grated parmesan.
  • Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or blue cheese.
