Ingredients

Scale

Dip Ingredients

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Dish: Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking dish to prevent sticking and ensure easy serving.
  2. Mix Cream Cheese and Sour Cream: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. This creates the creamy base of the dip.
  3. Add Cheeses and Vegetables: Stir in the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped spinach, and chopped artichoke hearts. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined into a thick and creamy consistency.
  4. Transfer to Baking Dish: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula. For extra cheesiness, sprinkle additional cheese over the top if desired.
  5. Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until the dip is hot, bubbly, and the top turns lightly golden brown.
  6. Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with chips, toasted bread, or vegetable sticks for a delicious party appetizer.

Notes

  • For best results, squeeze excess water out of the chopped spinach before mixing to prevent a watery dip.
  • You can use frozen spinach, thawed and drained, if fresh is not available.
  • Adding a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes can give the dip a nice kick.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated gently.
  • For a lighter version, substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt.
