This Creamy Pink Pasta is as beautiful as it is delicious! Made with rotini pasta, a velvety parmesan cream sauce, and naturally colored with beet juice, this dreamy pink dish is both elegant and indulgent. Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 small red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup beet juice (for natural pink color)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Cook Pasta – Boil rotini pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • Sauté Aromatics – In a pan, melt butter and sauté the chopped red onion until soft and fragrant.
  • Make the Sauce – Add heavy cream, beet juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  • Melt the Cheese – Stir in parmesan cheese and mix until fully melted and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Combine & Serve – Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until evenly coated. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a vegan option, use plant-based cream and nutritional yeast instead of parmesan.
  • Adjust the beet juice for a lighter or deeper pink color.
