3cups cooked shredded chicken
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic minced
1/4cup all purpose flour
2cups milk
1cup heavy cream
1 1/2cups Parmesan cheese grated
2cups mozzarella cheese shredded
1cup ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons parsley chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Cook noodles: Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
Melt butter and cook garlic: Melt butter in skillet and cook garlic for 30 seconds.
Add flour: Whisk in flour and cook for one minute.
Add milk and cream: Slowly add milk and cream and cook until thickened.
Add Parmesan: Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Mix ricotta filling: Mix ricotta, half mozzarella, parsley, salt, pepper, and seasoning in bowl.
