These golden, cheesy Crack Keto Biscuits are packed with bacon, cheddar, and ranch flavor—all baked into fluffy low-carb perfection. Ideal as a snack, breakfast side, or served warm with butter, they’re irresistibly savory and totally keto-friendly.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a cast iron skillet or line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and ranch seasoning.
  3. Stir in the eggs, sour cream, and melted butter until well combined.
  4. Fold in shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, and optional chives.
  5. Scoop the dough into 10–12 equal portions and form into biscuit shapes. Arrange in the skillet or on the sheet, slightly touching.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool slightly and serve warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat before eating.
