This Copycat Longhorn Steakhouse Broccoli brings bold, buttery flavor and a garlicky Parmesan finish to your dinner plate, all with just six simple ingredients—perfectly tender and restaurant-quality right from your kitchen.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb fresh broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and blanch broccoli florets for 2–3 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Add the blanched broccoli to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper, then sprinkle in the grated Parmesan.
  5. Cook for another 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the broccoli is heated through and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve hot as a savory side dish to steak, chicken, or fish.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor and texture.
  • For extra richness, add a splash of cream before adding Parmesan.
  • Pairs well with grilled meats or as part of a low-carb meal.
