1 tube refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade)
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp milk (for drizzle glaze)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pizza pan.
Roll out pizza dough and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden. Let cool slightly.
In a bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
Add flour and mix until combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Spread the cookie dough mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
Mix powdered sugar with 2–3 tbsp milk to create a glaze. Drizzle over the top of the pizza.
Slice into wedges and serve.
Notes
Ensure pizza crust is fully cooled before spreading cookie dough to prevent melting.
Use heat-treated flour for safe edible cookie dough.
