Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Stir-Fry the Vegetables
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Cook the Noodles
Add cooked noodles to the pan. Pour the sauce over the noodles. Toss everything together and cook for 2–3 minutes until well coated. Add chopped green onions and mix.
  5. Cook the Dumplings
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place dumplings flat-side down and cook until bottoms turn golden (2–3 minutes). Add water and cover the pan. Steam for 4–5 minutes until fully cooked.

Notes

  • Add chicken, shrimp, or tofu for extra protein.
  • Use a wok for the best stir-fry flavor and texture.
  • Do not overcook the noodles to keep them springy.
  • A drizzle of chili oil adds extra heat and depth.
