Flaky, buttery croissants filled with creamy chicken salad, packed with crunchy celery, juicy grapes, and a hint of fresh herbs for the perfect balance of flavors. A quick and elegant lunch or brunch option!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1/3 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

 

  • 4 fresh croissants, halved

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, grapes, celery, red onion, and parsley. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
  4. Slice croissants in half and generously fill each with the chilled chicken salad.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

 

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add chopped walnuts or almonds.
  • Swap mayonnaise with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
