These cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Rolls are stuffed with creamy shredded chicken, crispy bacon, melty mozzarella, and ranch seasoning, all baked into golden dinner rolls and brushed with a buttery herb topping—perfect for parties or cozy meals.

  • 12 frozen dinner rolls, thawed and halved
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, and ranch dressing mix. Stir well until evenly combined.
  3. Slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally without cutting all the way through. Stuff each with a generous scoop of the chicken mixture.
  4. Arrange the stuffed rolls snugly in the baking dish.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  6. Bake uncovered for 15–18 minutes, or until the rolls are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm, pulling apart as desired.
