  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter or oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
