12 breakfast sausage patties
8 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Melt butter in a nonstick pan, add the egg mixture, and scramble until soft and fluffy. Remove from heat.
Slice slider buns in half. On each bottom half, layer a sausage patty, scrambled eggs, and half a slice of cheddar cheese.
