These Easy Cheesy Sausage & Egg Breakfast Sliders are the ultimate grab-and-go morning meal. Featuring fluffy scrambled eggs, juicy sausage patties, and melty cheddar cheese tucked inside soft slider buns—this make-ahead breakfast is perfect for busy mornings, brunches, or feeding a hungry crowd.

Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns

  • 12 breakfast sausage patties

  • 8 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Cook sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Set aside.

  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

  4. Melt butter in a nonstick pan, add the egg mixture, and scramble until soft and fluffy. Remove from heat.

  5. Slice slider buns in half. On each bottom half, layer a sausage patty, scrambled eggs, and half a slice of cheddar cheese.

  6. Top with the bun tops and place all assembled sliders in a baking dish.

  7. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
