Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1 cup chopped bell peppers or broccoli

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked ground beef, rice, cream of mushroom soup, salt, pepper, and optional veggies if using.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
