1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine cooked ground beef, rice, cream of mushroom soup, salt, pepper, and optional veggies if using.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
