  • Oregano (1 teaspoon)
  • Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Garlic cloves (2 cloves, minced)
  • Dijon mustard (1 tablespoon)
  • Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
  • Red wine vinegar (1 tablespoon)
  • Olive Oil (1/2 cup)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a blender, add oregano, black pepper, salt, garlic cloves, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, red wine vinegar and mix several times to combine the ingredients well.
  2. Step 2: If you want to use a hand blender, in that case add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it well.
  3. Step 3: While the blender is on, put it on high, slowly pour olive oil and blend until the Vinaigrette is thick and creamy. Transfer the Vinaigrette to a mason jar or container and refrigerate it. Whenever you want to use it, take it out of the fridge, shake and pour it over your salad.
