Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chilled carrot juice (fresh or bottled)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp horseradish (optional, for kick)

  • 1 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp celery salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce (or vegan alternative)

  • Optional: 1-2 oz vodka (for cocktail version)

Garnishes:

  • Celery stalk

  • Baby carrot

  • Cucumber spear

  • Lemon wedge

  • Fresh dill or parsley

Instructions

  1. In a shaker or large glass, combine carrot juice, lemon juice, lime juice, horseradish, hot sauce, celery salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

  2. Stir or shake well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.

  3. If making the alcoholic version, add vodka and mix.

  4. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the mixture over the ice.
