Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (for drizzle)
  • 2 tbsp extra buffalo sauce (for drizzle)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spoon a line of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil to help them crisp up.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until the taquitos are golden and crispy.
  6. Drizzle with ranch and additional buffalo sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with extra ranch on the side.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
  • Swap in blue cheese dressing instead of ranch for a classic buffalo combo.
  • Add chopped green onions inside for extra crunch and flavor.
  • Can be made ahead and reheated in the oven or air fryer.
