4 slices rustic bread, toasted
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
6ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
8 to 10 fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
In a small bowl mix the sliced tomatoes with salt and black pepper.
Place the toasted bread slices on a plate.
Arrange tomato slices and mozzarella slices on each toast.
