  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (for smoother texture)

Instructions

Preheat & Prepare:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.

Prepare the Batter:

  1. In a separate large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
