This Watermelon Sorbet is light, icy, and naturally sweet with a bold watermelon flavor. With only 3 ingredients and no ice cream maker required, it’s the perfect refreshing summer dessert.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Freeze cubed watermelon for at least 4 hours or overnight until solid.
  2. In a high-speed blender or food processor, add frozen watermelon, lime juice, and honey or agave.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
  4. Serve immediately for soft-serve texture, or transfer to a container and freeze for 1 hour for a firmer, scoopable sorbet.

Notes

  • Add fresh mint or basil to the blender for an herby twist.
  • Serve in hollowed-out lime halves or watermelon rinds for a fun presentation.
  • Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week.
