- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon or ham (optional)

- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)
- Non-stick cooking spray
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth and fluffy.
