A no-bake cherry cake made with only four ingredients—layers of soft biscuits or pastry, sweet cherries, whipped cream, and condensed milk. Easy, creamy, and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 box of vanilla or sweetened condensed milk biscuits (or puff pastry sheets)
  • 1 jar (about 12 oz) maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. If using puff pastry, bake it according to package directions and cut into small pieces once cooled. If using biscuits, crumble them lightly for layering.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold in sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a cake pan or deep dish, layer the biscuit or pastry pieces, followed by a layer of the cream mixture and some cherries. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with a cream layer.
  4. Refrigerate the cake for at least 3–4 hours or overnight to allow it to set and flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, garnish with additional cherries. Optionally, add shaved chocolate or mint leaves for decoration.

Notes

  • Use chilled equipment and cream for better whipping results.
  • Substitute maraschino cherries with fresh or canned cherries if preferred.
  • Letting the cake chill overnight enhances flavor and texture.
  • Crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits can be used as an alternative base.
