A refreshing, healthy summer treat made with only three ingredients—perfect for cooling off on a hot day while satisfying your sweet cravings!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 cups Cubed watermelon (approximately 1/2 mini watermelon)
  • 1 Lime, zested and juiced
  • 1 can Coconut milk (400 ml)

Instructions

  1. Cube the watermelon into 1×1-inch pieces until you have 4 cups of cubed watermelon.
  2. Freeze the watermelon for 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  3. Once the watermelon is frozen, blend it together with the coconut milk, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth and creamy.
  4. (Optional) Transfer the sorbet mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze until solid. If you choose this step, allow the sorbet to thaw for about 20 minutes before scooping and serving.

Notes

  • For a firmer texture, you can freeze the mixture after blending for a few more hours.
  • If you prefer a sweeter sorbet, add a little honey or agave syrup to taste before blending.
  • To add a little extra zing, you can increase the lime juice and zest to your liking.
